DOMESTIC SHIPPING ONLY
Super Vision Optical ships exclusively within the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska. We do not ship internationally. Any order placed from outside the United States will be declined at checkout.
CARRIERS & SERVICES
Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the service selected at checkout. Available services include standard ground, expedited, and overnight options. Customers are responsible for selecting the appropriate service for their needs. Shipping rates are calculated in real time at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 2 business days of confirmed payment. Orders are frequently fulfilled sooner, but 2 business days is the committed processing window. Orders are not processed on weekends or federal holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Estimated delivery times vary by carrier and service selected. All delivery timeframes provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Super Vision Optical is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
STORE CLOSURES & EXTENDED PROCESSING
Super Vision Optical periodically closes for scheduled periods. During these times, the store may remain open for browsing and ordering, but orders will not be processed or shipped until we reopen. Any scheduled closure will be communicated via an announcement on the Website prior to and during the closure period. By placing an order during a posted closure, you acknowledge and accept the extended processing timeframe.
ORDER MODIFICATIONS & CANCELLATIONS
Once an order has entered processing, it cannot be cancelled or modified. Please review all order details carefully before completing your purchase. All sales are final per our Refund Policy.
P.O. BOXES
We accept P.O. Box addresses for USPS shipments. If you select a FedEx or UPS service at checkout, please provide a physical street address, as those carriers do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
PACKAGE TRACKING
Tracking information is provided on all orders via shipping confirmation email. Super Vision Optical is not responsible for packages that show as delivered by the carrier but are reported as not received. In the event of a discrepancy, customers should contact the carrier directly using their tracking number.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
Risk of loss and title for all products purchased from supervisionoptical.com pass to the customer upon delivery of the product to the shipping carrier. Super Vision Optical is not liable for packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. If your package arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery at the email address listed on your order confirmation. Super Vision Optical reserves the sole discretion to determine eligibility for any remedy in such cases. We strongly recommend retaining all original packaging and photographing any damage upon receipt.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES
Customers are solely responsible for entering a correct and complete shipping address at checkout. Super Vision Optical is not responsible for orders that are lost, delayed, or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you. Reshipment may be subject to an additional shipping fee.
